Paul T. Murray, AIF®, ChFC®, CDFA™, President

Divorce On Your Terms was founded in 2010 by Paul T. Murray, AIF®, ChFC®, CDFA™, who has spent 15 years working in the area of retirement planning, and has a deep understanding of the nuances and complexities of qualified plans.  He is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary®, a Chartered Financial Consultant® and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™. Paul is regarded as an expert in the financial matters of divorce and has presented divorce-related continuing legal education to attorneys in the Bucks, Chester, Montgomery, Northampton, Lehigh and Philadelphia County Bar Associations.  His work in divorce extends to mediation, and in providing finance-related services to clients and their attorneys in equitable distribution. Paul is also President of PTM Wealth Management, LLC, and has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Intelligencer, U.S. News and World Report, Investopedia, the Philadelphia Business Journal, and has also appeared on Comcast Newsmakers, The Lynn Doyle Show, and Fox News Radio programs.

Paul lives in Perkasie, PA with his wife, Michelle, and their daughter, Lily, and is a strong supporter of Domestic Violence organizations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for A Woman’s Place, and is a past co-president of the Board of Directors of Laurel House. Dana L. Campbell, Administration & Client Relations

Dana Campbell administers all orders for our services (QDROs, pension valuations and business valuations), and interacts with clients, their attorneys, plan administrators and company principals to ensure that all of our processes run smoothly.  Every step along the way, Dana communicates our progress to our clients and their attorneys, making sure everyone is up to date and informed on where we are in each process.

In her role as Client Relations Manager, Dana helps guide clients through the unfamiliar QDRO process and timeline. She provides our QDRO clients with assistance in obtaining plan forms relating to 401(k) rollovers, and helps with the rollover process.

Dana lives in Warrington, PA with her husband and 2 sons, and her big fat dog.

Amy D. Shapiro, Esq., QDRO Preparer, Marketing

Amy Shapiro brings a wealth of legal expertise to Divorce On Your Terms. She served as Of Counsel and Marketing/Communications Director to Danziger Shapiro & Leavitt and is a recognized expert on marketing and communications through social media. Ms. Shapiro has lectured on the topic of marketing legal services to busy professionals through traditional and non-traditional mediums.

In addition to her work with Danziger Shapiro & Leavitt, Ms. Shapiro was the Director of Strategic Marketing at American Law Institute – American Bar Association (ALI-ABA) from 2006 to 2012. Prior to that, she was the Assistant Director of the American Law Network, the satellite and web cast network of ALI-ABA. Since beginning her career in legal services and education in 1991, Ms. Shapiro has held positions as the Director of Continuing Legal Education for the Center for Professional Education (CPE Inc.), where she developed and marketed seminars for both attorneys and CPA’s, the Mid-Atlantic Regional Sales and Marketing Director of SMH Bar Review, and the Regional Sales Director for WEST BAR REVIEW, a division of WestLegalEdcenter.

Ms. Shapiro is a member of the Association of Continuing Legal Education (ACLEA) and the Legal Marketing Association-Metro Philadelphia Chapter. She has held multiple positions within ACLEA including member of the ACLEA Executive Board as Director-At-Large.
